Autumn is the time to harvest apples, they need to be picked and stored before the frosts ruin them.

Stored properly you'll be able to enjoy them until spring. The RHS recommends that containers should give enough space for air to circulate between the fruit, our Dorset-style apple racks are ideal for this. They can be easily stored up to eight trays high in the garage or garden shed.
