De Buyer Chestnut Pan

These de Buyer chestnut pans will take the very high temperatures needed to roast chestnuts. In fact, the more they are used, the better they get.

Made from blue steel which is a special high temperature steel, ideal for the intense heat of open fire cooking and hob top cooking.

Before use, these chestnut pans need simple seasoning and then you can build up a permanent non-stick patina. They are suitable for use on all hobs, including ceramic, halogen, Aga-style range cookers and modern induction hobs.

Really simple, but amazing pans that will take a lifetime of continuous abuse!
