The Brooklyn crosses the boundaries of conventional butchers block design, providing a refreshing, contemporary alternative. Designed to fulfil the strictest criteria of the most demanding commercial kitchens, this block provides a 12.7cm thick end grain hard rock maple top with oil finish on all surfaces. The strong tubular storage shelf, towel bar and legs are built from food service grade stainless steel, making this block not only a sleeker option, but also extremely hygienic and easy to clean. Commercial grade 7.6cm lockable castors provide long standing mobility, whilst ensuring the block can be securely locked into position. 76.5cm x 61cm x 89cm. Part assembled.
