All products are shipped via our carriers YODEL or Royal Mail and should reach you within 5 to 7 days of you placing your order with us. If an item is out of stock with our supplier it could take longer to arrive. We will contact you to let you know of the delay. Please advise us on the notes section of your order form if you have a deadline to meet.
If you need your order quickly and it is to be shipped to a UK mainland address (England, Wales and S cottish Lowlands) you can pay extra to ensure next day delivery on items we have in stock. Items in stock are marked as available for next day delivery. Items not in stock are simply marked as available.
If you need your delivery to arrive on a Saturday we would be happy to arange this for you however there will be an additional carriage charge to pay - call Jackie on 0117 9825169 for details.
If you would like your order gift wrapped please select this option on your order form, indicating the occasion your loved one will be celebrating. We will gift wrap your kitchenware and attach a gift tag with a personal message from you to the recipient. We charge £3.50 per item wrapped for this service.
Our shipping and handling charges are as follows:
* Please note the company reserves the right to charge, with your agreement, additional postage and packaging costs for heavier items where the cost is not covered by the standard charges listed above. We will e-mail you should this charge prove necessary.
All items purchased will need signing for. If you leave alternative delivery instructions ie. 'please leave in shed' we would be happy to do this but this is done at the buyers own risk. Should parcels go missing we will of course be happy to provide you with proof of dispatch.
Any return of goods is done so at the customers cost - a refund of postage will be given if the goods, when inspected, are proved to be faulty or incorrectly sent.
There will be an administration fee of £5 in respect of any orders cancelled within 14 days of being placed. Cancellations after 14 days incur no additional administration fee.
When you have received your kitchenware please e-mail us to confirm - we like to know that you have received your goods and are happy with them.

Our Returns Policy
We operate a no quibbles 14 day returns policy - so if when your kitchenware arrives it is not as expected, all we ask is that you return the item to us in a re-saleable condition and in undamaged packaging.
If you wish to return your kitchenware to us because it is damaged we require you notify us on the day of delivery that there is a problem and indicate whether you want a replacement or a refund. We want you to be entirely happy with the kitchenware you order. We stringently check out all the kitchenware we sell however we acknowledge that on occasion an item might slip our net. We therefore promise that if within 14 days of receipt of your order you are not entirely satisfied you can return it and providing it is unused and in it's original packaging we will give you a full refund or exchange it for another product.
Please note this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Complaint Handling Procedure
We hope you do not have any problems but should you have experienced any hicups whatsoever in your dealings with us please let us know. We want to do something about this and ensure that they do not occur again. We will acknowledge any complaint within 24 hours of receiving notification of it and endeavour to deal with all complaints within 14 working days of acknowledgement.
