Mauviel M\'heritage Copper Frypans: 20cm

Mauviel combines copper and stainless steel to make their M'heritage line of cookware. By doing so they have designed a beautiful yet usable range of cookware any cook would be proud to use.

Each pan has bronze handles fixed by sturdy rivets and non-drip edges. The Mauviel 1830 stamp on the side of the pan makes the M'heritage range both distinctive and elegant .

The 2.5mm of copper allows for unsurpasses heat conductivity and control and the use of stainless steel on the interior of the pans instead of tin eliminates the need for retinning resulting in a long lasting surface.

With their stunning polished copper exteriors, these pans look fabulous in use and or on display on one of the pot racks we stock. An investment that future generations will benfit from.

Also available is a 0.18L pot of copper cleaner for the outside of the pan.
