The pans in the Circulon Steel Elite range are made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel and have shiney sides, a brushed stainless steel base to minimise scratches and glass windowed lids. They have slip free, safetly grip stay cool handles that have been rivetted for added strength. The interior of each pan has a Ti Titanium coating on interior grooves, which is the most advanced non-stick formula available today. The hi-low interior groove system not only gives a high resistance to abrasion but requires very little or no oil, making for healthier cooking. Suitable for all hobs including induction, they are dishwasher and oven safe.
