Nordic Ware based the design on an old German stoneware mould for baking a ring-shaped kugelhopf, similar to the American coffee cake.

Made of durable cast aluminium, it features a centre tube that ensures even baking, while the premium Goldtouch non-stick coating provides effortless release and clean up.

10 inch diameter, 4 inch high. Not suitable for dishwashers.
