Our Fab'Rapid trays, sized at 60cm x 40 cm (24" x 16"), allow you to quickly make small individual cakes.
Perfect for catering en masse they each make up to 35 seperate cakes.
The moulds are made of 7 seperate rails each with 5 sockets in them. These are lined up on the tray they come in and lined with transparent polypropylene before you pop in pre cut biscuit, cake slices or pipe in a layer of mousse.
Cakes are easily turned out with the turning-out block that is in the same shape as the mould - the turning-out block should be ordered separately.... and thats how the professionals do it!
