Perfect for catering en masse they each make up to 96 seperate appetisers.
The moulds are made of 12 seperate rails each with 8 sockets in them. These are lined up on the tray they come in and then lined with transparent polypropylene before you pop in pre cut biscuit, toast slices, salmon slices, fruit, advocado, prawns or pipe in a layer of mousse.
Your appetisers are easily turned out with the turning-out block that is in the same shape as the mould - the turning-out block should be ordered separately.... and thats how the professionals do it!
