These de Buyer no-frills paella pans are made for intensive use, day-in, day-out in a professional kitchen.

These paella pans give consistent results and will take the very high temperatures needed to seal, fry and brown. In fact, the more they are used, the better they get.

Made from blue steel which is a special high temperature steel, ideal for the intense heat of hob top cooking, including flame recipes.

Before use, the paella pans need simple seasoning and then you can build up a permanent non-stick patina. They are suitable for use on all hobs, including ceramic, halogen, Aga-style range cookers and modern induction hobs.

Really simple, but amazing pans that will take a lifetime of continuous abuse!
