The ULTRA Mandoline by de Buyer cuts cubes 2/4/10mm, lozenges, slices and crinkle cuts, juliennes 2 4 10 mm waffle cut.
It has non slip feet and is simple to adjust - choose thickness from extra thin up to 10mm, a slider to hold fruits and vegetables and an ergonomic plastic pusher.
Made of brushed stainless steel the de Buyer Ultra mandoline has high quality of blades from the french cutlery industry - a double horizontal blade - straight and serrated and 3 Julienne blades 2, 4 and 10 mm.
The blades store neatly under the mandoline when not in use.
