Gobel Ice Cream Cake Rings

Make an ice cream layered cake with our Gobel stainless steel ice cream cake rings.

Layer biscuit, fruit, ice cream and sponge in the rings, then using a sharp knife dipped into hot water, slide it around the cake ring so that it loosens from the ice cream cake. 

Remove the cake ring - the ice cream may melt a little, so dont take too long :). Freeze again and take your cake out 5 minutes before serving.
