This Elevate Pastry Brush is made from durable polypropylene with flexible silicone bristles. More hygienic than a conventional pastry brush, it’s perfect for glazing and basting food and for greasing trays and dishes – and you don’t have to worry about the bristles dropping out. Ideal for use with the non-stick cookware, the silicone head and bristles are heat resistant up to 270° C/520°F.
