Pheonix Diablo Potato Baker

This terracotta potato baker is hand made ovenware at its best. The clay has been fired at a higher temperature than standard pottery which in turn ensures a greater durability and resistance to thermal shock.

The baker measures 35cm in length including handle, is 20cm in width and stands approximately 17cm high. It will hold one large potato or two medium sized potatoes - simply place in the oven and retrieve after about 45 minutes with skin nice and crispy and potato fluffy.
