Mauviel M\'Heritage Copper Pans: 16cm Saucepan

Mauviel combines copper and stainless steel to make their M'heritage line of cookware. By doing so they have designed a beautiful yet usable range of cookware any cook would be proud to use.

Each pan has cast iron handles fixed by sturdy rivets and non-drip edges. The Mauviel 1830 stamp on the side of the pan makes the M'heritage range both distinctive and elegant .

The 2.5mm of copper allows for unsurpasses heat conductivity and control and the use of stainless steel on the interior of the pans instead of tin eliminates the need for retinning resulting in a long lasting surface.
