Our Capstan salt and pepper mills are easy to fill and adjust and we think set a new standard in reliability and versatility for any cook - professional or otherwise.

Each mill has a screw top and the patented hi-tech ceramic Crushgrind mechanism which is extremely durable and will not oxidise your food. They come with a manufacturers lifetime guarantee.

The crushgrind mechanism gives the mill a closer smoother grind from coarse to fine compared to other mechanisms and because it is made from ceramic, which is ten times stronger than steel, it will effectively grind virtually anything including dried herbs and spices.

The larger 41cm and 51cm mills come in a presentation box.
