Mauviel M\'tradition Copper Bain Marie

Made from copper lined tin that has been hammered and polished outside and fixed by sturdy copper rivets the Mauviel M'tradition bain marie embodies the centuries of experience Mauviel has in making professional cookware.

Use to heat up foods (like chocolate) which suffer from doing so over direct heat. Water is placed in the lower pan and your chocolate in the top pan. As the water heats up so the chocolate melts.

Also available is a 0.18L pot of copper cleaner which will help to keep your pan looking good.

The bain marie measures 12cm in diameter, 16cm in height and holds 0.8 litres.
