This copper zabaglione pan is simply a pleasure to look at and even more of a pleasure to use.
Made from 5mm gauaged copper it is perfect for use as a bain marie pan. It will allow you to efficiently whisk egg yolks over simmering water until you make that perfect thick and creamy zabaglione custard.
Zabaglione is an Italians, custard made with egg yolks, sugar and marsala wine. If you have never tried it now would be a good time to start!
Also available is a 0.18L pot of copper cleaner which will help to keep your pan looking good.
