Carbon steel, fully forged fine-edged knives.

This high quality range of Acero knives are made from stainless carbon steel which are sharp-bladed and have 3mm fine edges.

The knives are all hollow handled, which are satin finished and ergonomic in design. Each knife features a contrasting mirror-polished bolster.
