These high quality jugs have a dual purpose within the kitchen. The jugs can be used as a simple measuring jug, but the filter included means that the jug will seperate fat from gravy. It uses the scientific concept that different masses of liquid, when allowed to settle, will separate out. In this case, the fat seperates into the jug's spout to allow you to pour it off with the minimum of fuss! Available in 2 sizes.
