These ravioli moulds from Imperia each come with a little rolling pin, to make sure your pasta-making goes smoothly!
Simply make your pasta, roll out over the mould, depress in the holes, fill with a filling of your choice be it prawns in white wine sauce, prawns in tomato sauce or spinach and riccotta, roll a furher sheet over the top with the rolling pin to make sure your ravioli is cut out and turn out onto a pastry board. Boil with olive oil and salt for 5 minutes.
These are perfect for those of us who like to know exactly what is going into our food. Oh, and great fun to use!
