Cookie Cutter Set: Gingerbread Family

Have fun making your very own gingerbread family. This set consists of four metal cutters as shown above.

Unsure of what recipe to use why not try our Ginger Shortbread recipe kindly forwarded to us by Mrs Jean Simmons of Sidmouth who at the age of 90 has fully tried and tested it - thanks Jean!
Ingredients
4ozs Butter
4oz Plain Flour
2oz Caster Sugar
2oz Cornflour
1 and half teaspoons Ground Ginger
Pinch of Salt
Chopped Ginger to taste
Method
Rub butter into the flour and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well together and then roll and cut out and place in the oven on gas mark 3(180 degrees) for 20 minutes (approx.).
