This range of knives has been specially designed for the fish trade. Made in Sheffield from finest quality stainless steel they are dishwasher safe. Designed for both commercial and domestic use - they will make preparing fish for the pot a lot easier. A great addition to your kitchen tools if you have a fisherman in your household. The blade is made from high carbon molybdenum stainless steel for superior edge retention. The polypropylene handles have been moulded onto the blade and meet all current and pending hygiene regulations. They feature a safe grip handle, which protects the fingers from the blade whilst eliminating slippage. Choose to have either a smooth or a ridged handle.
