The flat rimmed lid enables hot coals to be placed on top which, combined with heat from the coals below, provides uniform heating; thereby allowing the 'pot' to act as an oven.

Our Dutch Oven is made from cast iron, which is essential to providing even heating, and has a capacity of 6 quarts, or roughly 5.5 litres.The diameter is 30.5cm and it has a height of 9.5cm.
It has been pre-seasoned, so it's ready to use right away.
