Tierra Negra : Wok

If you are familiar with using a wok, you will love the simplicity of this clay wok. Not only is it non-stick, it also enhances the flavour and you can serve straight from it at the table, keeping your food warm for further helpings.

Before being used for the first time the cookware should be thoroughly cleaned with washing-up liquid and a sponge to remove any residues left after the firing process. Each piece should then be filled three-quarters full with water and placed in an oven for 30 minutes at 200˚C or Gas Mark 6. 

It measures 42cm x 36cm and is 7cm in depth.
