Our Carbon steel wok set consists of a 31cm wok, a simmer ring, a wok lid, a ladle, a set of cooking chop sticks and a recipe suggestion booklet.
The wok has a flat bottom in order to allow it to sit steadily on a stove top or hob.
Designed and recommended by Ken Hom the wok bowl design is deep because it retains heat better and will prevent food falling out whilst you are stir frying. In addition it allows you to cook with a minimal amount of oil.
