Our Raymond Blanc clad anodised pans have a stainless steel core that has been clad with aluminium on the outside ensuring quick even heat distribution across your pan's base and up it's sides. They have a stainless steel interior, silicone-covered handles and close-fitting glass lids to lock in nutrients and are suitable for all hob types including induction. Oven safe to 180°C/350°C/Gas Mark 4. Dishwasher safe. |
