Originally based on a woodworking tool - the technique of cutting with ultra sharp micro-knives rather than tearing has been adapted for the kitchen. They make grating any kind of food an easy and efficient task and also restrict the amount of food that gets clogged in their teeth thus reducing waste and making them easier to clean.

Choose from four different grates - coarse, medium ribbon, extra coarse, and fine. Dishwasher safe covers.
