Our hand made terracotta oven brick has been fired at an extremely high temperature to ensure durability and resistance to thermal shock. Easy to use - just put your chicken, fish, lamb or other meat in and leave it in the oven to cook on a slow to medium heat for a few hours. No need to add any additional fat - let you meat cook in it's own juices.
A large terracotta brick, suitable for joints of meat and whole fish.
