Our Guarantee
We want you to be entirely happy with the kitchenware you order from us. We do check all the
kitchenware we sell for quality and value for money, however we acknowledge that on occassions an item might slip
our net. We therefore promise that if you are not entirely happy with the item you have ordered and you return it within
14 days of receivng it we will give you a full refund or if you prefer
exchange it for another product. This is subject to the item if unused being returned in a saleable condition or alternatively if used is clearly not as described on our web site.
Please note this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Complaint Handling Procedure
We hope you do not have any problems but should you have experienced any
hicups whatsoever in your dealings with us please let us know. We want to do something
about this and ensure the problem you have encountered does not happen again.
We will acknowledge any complaint
within 24 hours of receiving notification of it and endeavour to deal with all complaints
within 3 working days of acknowledgement.
