We can accept your order in the following ways:

1. By Phone (MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Amex or Eurocard)
   

   You can call us on 0 (+44) 844 3574772 we are open Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm. If all our staff are busy or you wish to contact us outside of our normal trading hours, please send an email to customerservices@thecookskitchen.com giving details of your enquiry and your order number where applicable and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

2. By Fax (MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Amex or Eurocard)

   Print off our Fax/Mail Order Form, complete fully and fax your order to us on 0 (+44) 117 9825185, we can take faxes 24 hours a day. We will e-mail or call you to acknowledge receipt.

3. On-Line Order Form/E-mail (MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Amex or Eurocard)

   You can place your order on-line. We have installed our shopping cart on a fully secure server - all you need are your credit card details . When we receive your order we will e-mail you to let you know. Details as to how to use the shopping cart can be found at info about our shopping cart .
