We want you to be entirely happy with the kitchenware you order. We stringently check out all the kitchenware we sell however we acknowledge that on occassion an item might slip our net. We therefore promise that if within 10 days of receipt of your order you are not entirely satisfied you can return it and providing it is unused and in it's original packaging we will give you a full refund or exchange it for another product.
Please note this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Complaint Handling Procedure
We hope you do not have any problems but should you have experienced any hicups whatsoever in your dealings with us please let us know. We want to do something about this and ensure that they do not occur again. We will acknowledge any complaint within 24 hours of receiving notification of it and endeavour to deal with all complaints within 14 working days of acknowledgement.
