The following information is required to allow us to process your order, the easiest way is to shop on line using our secure shopping cart but other ways to shop are listed here

Necessary Order Information:

1. Your name
2. Your address
3. Your telephone number
4. Your fax number, if you have one
5. Your E-mail address
6. The address that the item(s) are to be delivered to, if different to your contact address
7. Item code(s), description and quantity
8. Payment details, i.e. if by Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch Amex or Eurocard) the card number (where applicable) and expiration date. If by cheque your cheque should be made payable to 'The Cooks Kitchen'

Payment

You can choose to send a cheque or postal order to us, your order will be sent out once your payment has cleared. You can also pay by credit card - we take all the types listed.

If you are from outside the UK your payment will be converted by your credit card company at the exchange rate prevailing when the charge is made. We have included in the shopping basket a currency converter that gives an estimated cost in your local currency at an indicative UK Pounds Sterling rate, this may be slightly different to what you are charged due to fluctuations in the exchange rates.
