How big is your range?

The Cooks Kitchen has access to an extensive range of products from a multitude of suppliers, it is being added to all the time as new clients introduce us to their personal favourite designers, services and retail outlets.

Is Delivery Free?

Delivery is free if all gifts are delivered to a single location if guests want gifts delivering to their address they will be charged for delivery. We will liaise with you directly and will deliver your wedding gifts at a time suitable to you. Please note delivery must take place between 9 to 6pm Monday to Friday, Saturday morning deliveries are subject to a £20 charge.

How much does it cost to set up a wedding list with The Cooks Kitchen?

Nothing! Setting up your wedding gift list with The Cooks Kitchen is absolutely free.

How do we get help or advice?

The Cooks Kitchens experienced customer service staff are only a phone call or email away. To talk to customer services about our products and service, or if you need honest advice about our wedding lists in general, please feel free to contact us from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Will our gifts be in stock?

Once you have chosen the gifts for your wedding list The Cooks Kitchen will keep all items on your wedding list in stock ready to be dispatched for your big day.

Isn't it cheeky to having a wedding list?

Not in the slightest. Wedding lists have become 'the norm' in recent years and for very good reason: they're the only way to assure both you and your guests that their gifts will truly be treasured.
Just think about that awful feeling of not knowing what to buy someone - it's really stressful! With a wedding list, you'll save your guests the stress and anxiety of trying to figure out what you want, what you'd like and what you already have. And with The Cooks Kitchen, you'll also save them a trip to the shops. Having a wedding list isn't rude. If anything, it's rude not to.

what if our guests don't have internet access?

No problem. Less web-savvy friends and relatives can call us on the phone number which appears on your Invitation Inserts. They can either be talked through your list over the phone or be sent a copy by post or fax, complete with pictures of your gifts. They can then make a selection and buy your gift over the phone.

Do i have to buy the remaining items on my list if they're not sold?

No but you can if you want to.
