Delivery Time & CostsAll orders are shipped via our couriers DPD or with the Royal Mail and should reach you within 2 working days of an order bring placed, unless the quantity ordered exceeds our stock levels. A "Next Day" delivery service is available to UK mainland addresses (England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands) for any order placed prior to 4pm (Monday-Friday). If you would like your order gift wrapped please select this option on your order form, indicating the occasion your loved one will be celebrating. We will gift wrap your kitchenware and attach a gift tag with a personal message from you to the recipient. We charge £3.50 per item wrapped for this service. To see our full terms click here. * The company reserves the right to charge, with your agreement, additional postage and packaging costs for heavier items, where the actual cost is not met by our standard charges. We will e-mail you in advance to confirm any additional charges with you. Delivery instructions ie. 'please leave in shed' are followed at the buyers risk, so please ensure any nominated location is secure. Any return of goods is done so at the customers cost - a refund of postage will be given if the goods, when inspected, are proved to be faulty or incorrectly sent. When you have received your kitchenware please e-mail us to confirm - we like to know that you have received your goods and are happy with them. Our Returns PolicyWe operate a no quibbles 14 day returns policy - so if when your kitchenware arrives it is not as expected, all we ask is that you return the item to us in a re-saleable condition and in undamaged packaging. If you wish to return your kitchenware to us because it is damaged we require you notify us on the day of delivery that there is a problem and indicate whether you want a replacement or a refund. We stringently check out all the kitchenware we sell however we acknowledge that on occasion an item might slip our net. We therefore promise that if within 14 days of receipt of your order you are not entirely satisfied you can return it and providing it is unused and in it's original packaging we will give you a full refund or exchange it for another product. Please note this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
